Wenge Fingerboard Question ???

I have a wenge fingerboard that seems to shrink a lot in the winter/dry months. Fret ends feel dangerous.
Question??? Anyone else experience this condition???

I just went through the same thing.
Apparently it's not uncommon.

My builder suggested to wait until the condition is at it's most pronounced then have a tech file them down or do it myself.

He offered to pay for the tech work but it was a simple job for me and I did it in about 40 minutes.
I used a fine file and some 400 grit and just worked slowly.

Others here should have some better advice for proper tools and procedure.
