those are proably going to be severe overkill for what i have in mind, but those look amazing. i'm a very light user for mostly recorded playback material. my last pair were the "RHA T10i" and were optimized for Iphone users rendering them incompatible with my Tascam decks! :(

EDIT: just as a heads-up, the UM3X RC's are not recommended for low power devices like smartphones, MP3 players, etc. the high impedance of these IEM's results in distorted output at higher volume.

well,.. my buds came in a couple of days ago. my immediate impressions were not very positive, but for this i blame the media player on my iphone,.. just turrabull!
luckily, i found an EQ app that is just fantastic!
Audioforge Labs is the developers.
