Currently trying to piece together a tune that is a rip from a porn tape my parents had, I heard it late 80s but pretty sure it's 70s, so that music is extra funky.

a documentary of these guys was recently released, hadn't heard them in 10 years, now this is one of the songs that have residence in my brain

this has 10 out of 10 mallet drumming and a Rickenbacker (although one of the more sedate parts from Jenny Lee...) but it's those vocal melodies and harmonies that seem on the verge of microtonality that are haunting.

I actually have a playlist that I add songs to any time they get stuck in my head. It’s great! Whenever I’m not sure what to listen to, I just throw that on and it usually works. The trick is not to discriminate against artists or genres… if it gets stuck, it’s stuck!

Most recent addition is this version of Nuages by Django Reinhardt. His tone is incredible!
