What 4x10 cab for ampeg svt pro 7

I'm about to get the pro 7 and two 8 ohm 4x10 cabinets. What is the the best way to run the cables to get the most power out of the head? I'm thinking that by running one line out of the head and connecting the cabinets to each other will put me at 4 ohms and give me more power. would this be the case or should I run a line to each cabinet separably?

That's the way I run my pair of 8ohm 115's. SVT-7PRO to cab #1 then cab #1 to cab #2. 1000 watts with a 4ohm load.

It doesn't matter whether you run two speaker lines out of the head into each cab or run one line and daisy chain the cabs. The results are identical...4 ohm load.

I see on this thread that most people are saying that the 4x10 HE is the cabinet to get. i'm reading that the HE cabinet is for the most part mid to high range sound. If I want more bottom end should I combine the HE with the 4x10 cabinet that reviews I've read say gets the bottom end? I forget the model but it seems like the way to go. I'm trying to get the full 8x10 classic Ampeg sound in a more portable way.

Hi guys. I'm rejoining my old band to make some music and play a few gigs. I love the ampeg svt 810av sound and was looking at buying an svt 7 pro with a 4x10 cab. I don't want to go any bigger in cab size mainly for portability. Are the ampeg 410 cabs any good as stand alone are would I be better with an alternative brand? I seen a trace Elliot 1048h but it's 800 watts at 8 ohms with svt 7 600 watts at 8 ohms.
What do you guys suggest? We play rock music by the way!

I really like the Pro Neo 410-HLF with the 7Pro, and I think that just one of them works more than fine with the 7Pro. Here's a Link Removed.

That being said, the Pro Neo is going to be more clear and articulate than the SVT-810, so if you really wanted to nail that tone, then one of the other cabs mentioned above might be a better option. However, I found the PN-410HLF to be pretty flexible, and with a little EQ, it can get reasonably close to an SVT-810 tone. Of course, with a sealed cab, it's the "feel" that is really hard to emulate with a ported enclosure.

But still, the PN-410HLF makes a great dancing partner for the 7Pro, IME/IMHO. As always, YMMV.

Then don't combine the 410he with a 410hlf. The 410he is basically half an 810e with a tweeter. They use the same speakers and they're approximately the same amount of inner cab space per speaker and have a very similar bottom end. Which for me is plenty of low end. Don't mistake the 410he being higher tuned than the 410hlf for not having any bottom end...they have plenty...they just get rid of the mud frequencies.
