Dare I look?

Some guys, usually in high school, going through an awkward phase, become attached to women in japanimation shows and call them waifus. Whether it's actually Japanese for wife or is just a made up thing, either way, some guys can take something that could be innocent enough if more than a bit weird and creepy and just go even further off the deep end. Some also don't grow out of it.

At any rate, it's... Really not much if any worse than a sex robot. Can't be any worse than a rental one at that. But I guess it was just a matter of time.

I would be the first human to be dumped by a robot. I'll pass, thanks.
As a bass player, you might be able to cause robots to reproduce, though. After all, it's bass that is at least as powerful as beer when it comes to that kind of thing. Why wouldn't robots get all vibrated and tingly on the dance floor, too? It's a power that only we, as bass players, have, and it's an awesome responsibility.

A truly probing question gets some monster air: "Are we, like Frankenstein, setting into motion maniacally smart devices of our own demise?"

If this is true, I, for one, am going down fighting :smug:
