I lucked out with a Stagg 5-string MusicMan clone, just needed a proper setup and good set of roundwound strings and I was off and running. No problems with sharp fret edges or warpage. Using it for recording and pretty happy with the results so far, good punchy mids and a nice rounded off tone.
