Double Bass What are you working on?

This is my first post on the forum so, hi everyone!
I've been working on tuning and vibrato in my left hand and getting a smooth bowchange in my right (of course)! I'm preparing some solo pieces including a lot of Bottesini which I'm relearning after 20 years! I use to play quite agressively when I was younger but now I want to get more lyricism and a fluidity in my playing.

At the moment I'm revisiting Rabbath's technique, and really trying to get my body relaxed and moving freely, and working on using the natural weight of my bowing arm.

Repertoire-wise I'm looking at Bottesini's Elegy and a Zimmerman arrangement of a Rachmaninoff cello sonata.

I'm working on my intonation by playing scales and arpeggios over low-frequency sine waves. I made a track in Audacity that cycles through all 12 keys, 32 seconds for each. I play scales at 4 beats per note at 60 bpm. It really helps a lot, and it's so incredibly satisfying to hit a perfect 5th. Eventually I'll probably start skipping around and playing more complicated patterns.
