to be clear, as talkbass can be a sensitive place, i wasn't poking at anyone. i understand your point in preceding posts, i was trying to move away from that part of the discussion [which amounts to asking whether a particular person is smart or not, which i want no part of haha] and talk about the merits, or lack thereof, of scoring systems like that overall.
i just haven't seen what i would call sufficient evidence that an IQ score has anything to do with mental ability or intelligence. i think it's a bit of a flaw of the hierarchy of learning that our bodies are left out of regimens that our minds are subjected to. why shouldn't kids have 45 minutes of dancing every day just as they do math?
but that's just thinking outloud, you know?
as for advertisements, i found part of the picture i mentioned earlier. it's a goodun.
interesting side note, when coke decided to get rid of the coca ingredient, people didn't mind so much, because the caffeine that replaced it has pretty much the exact same effects as the small amounts of cocaine that were in older coke products.
