What bass builds do you have planned ?

After i finish my current bass6 build, planning on doing a high end short scale active jazz - warmoth roasted maple neck, delano pickups, bartolini tct preamp, gold hipshot tuners, gold gotoh bridge. I have a nice piece of figured maple for the body's top and probably will finish with blue-dyed shellac
Where do I begin? Lol.
I'm working on my final customer ordered builds. Afterwords, I'm building, then offering for sale only. Finally.
I currently have several builds that I have started over the years, they were sidelined mainly due to having customer's builds taking preference (as it should be... I'm not complaining). Now I will be able to get back to these.
Here's a few.
I have molds completed to build replica Harmony H22 basses. I have spec'd them out, I was even able to purchase one here on TB. I have a couple of necks ready to be glued up as well as have purchased Baltic birch plywood for the (hollow) body construction. One of the necks I have is for a Five string version.
I've been building Dano inspired instuments for years. Recently, I've changed the way that I build them, now I'm using molds for using steam bent sides for the bodies. The result is a lighter body, that produces a tone (sound?) that I prefer over the standard (vintage) danelectro design. I love longhorns, I have a single cutaway longhorn in the works as well as a twelve string longhorn and a 34" scale, wide neck 6 string longhorn.
I have always admire Carl Thompson's style of building. I have a CT inspired 8 string/4 string doubleneck in process, wood for the body is already cut out.
I also have a custom 12 string build in the works. The body is swamp ash (chambered), the neck will be multi laminated. I have three Dingwall pickups that will be used (I'm pretty sure that I will use a Darkglass preamp). As for hardware, I'm using a ABM headless 4 string tuner unit, the headstock will have eight lightweight guitar tuners.
I'm looking forward to getting these completed.

The mind wobbles.
The longhorn 6 string sounds cool. I’ve got this. I don’t think the body and neck were supposed to be together but they fit with some adjustment. They are, as far as I know, original Dano or Coral parts. The long scale neck just has the 2 metal bars but it’s also still nice and straight.
I used that body and made a pattern for a short scale longhorn with three lipstick pickups. No pics of that on the phone. It’s got a pine body and plywood top and back. I keep thinking about making a longhorn guitar but I already have too many and don’t really play guitar anywhere.
I would go option 2 but I'd want ultralight tuners on it to keep the neck dive down. I might actually go for Ebanol board if it was lighter weight. Every thing else is spot on perfect.
On my 5th build with Cliff Bordwell this year. 30", sub 7 pounds, single cut, 3 dagstar bisonic pickups, 6 position Freeway switch, Roasted maple neck and fretboard, res-o-lite tuners, hipshot bridge, and this top:
Only thing I have in the works right now is a Yamaha BB bass that is going to be getting dual Thunderbird pickups and a tort guard on it and I might pit a JTEX Distiller in it. Not sure on that part.

I had such a good time building it, and then seeing my nephews reaction to it … it was certainly worth it !
I just did this Jazz with T-Bird pickups… it’s a great bass ! That BB Thunderbird you’re planning will be awesome, I’m sure !
The only build I’m planning — and by “planning” I really mean “considering” so while it’s slightly more likely to happen than just Wishful Thinking, only just barely — is a new Klos fretted carbon fiber neck to replace the Warmoth fretless maple&ebony neck on my Frankenbass 5-string.

Ooh, I know this feeling. last year I came across the hardware of a G&L jb-2 and I have been day dreaming about possible necks, scales and wiring options....
I did a P bass a few months ago and love it. But this BB plays SO well and I like having backups
Woah, what is that wood?
I've been wanting to put together a fairly 'basic' Warmoth 5-string fretless but can't justify the cost and getting another bass at the moment.
