What bass do you hate the most?

I've never played any of those that have made me say "wow" let alone make me think they are worth what you pay for them. Just my opinion...


If that doesn't get me banned for life, that will make me say "wow"....

Hmmmmm, methinks this will be here an hour or so before being deleted.

This thread seems to have outlasted most predictions of its demise...

I don't hate any bass, but I used to have a 57 RI Precision that I just couldn't get into. It was a sweet looking bass (nitro finish was so cool) and had great tone, but I just couldn't handle the string spacing...

I know thats a weak reason to dislike a otherwise nice bass, but hey... I didn't start this thread.. I'm just responding

funny how people who "hate" this thread have kept it going. I only hate people who say not to hate things. Those people are liars and hypocrites. Get in touch with your anger, it's healthy!

What about those basses that start making a funny sound and you find out the reason is you have to CHANGE THE BATTERY! DOh!

Gibson EB-O, dull tone and way to neck heavy.

I find basses beautiful, but there was one bass that made me want to get the disinfectant and run in the other direction. It was a Squier by Fender Vintage Modified Fretless Jazz Bass (at least, that's the name according to Musician's Friend). I just couldn't like the fingerboard. I found it repulsive. Honestly. I just didn't even want to touch it.

Y'know, life is way too short to waste energy on hate.

And, hater threads are against the rules in Basses.

I have no idea how this one fell through the cracks without getting noticed, but it's done now.
