What bass do you plan to get next?

ah well. its a rickenbacker cheyenne 4... in amber fire glo.

i played a ric recently... and just, sounded SO sooo good.

either that or something that sounds like that new fender jaguar.... without all those knobs.

Interesting thread.....I, like so many others, had planned on this pretty thing or that pretty thing (of course, money is no object, right?) but I have found over the course of a couple - 3 years that I have "what works best for me"....but, alas, knowing the insipidness of GAS....I am always looking over my right shoulder for the "next big thing"......

Do what I did.... get both! I love Craigslist! I went with the 55-02 just because it was such a good deal used.

My next (and hopefully last) bass for a very long time will be a 60's or early 70's Fender P bass. I have been looking for the right bass to come my way for over a year and am in no rush.

I don't need one, I just want it. Then I'm done buying basses for good.

got my rickenbacker recently and i love it, sounds great in the band but as always there are other basses i would like to own!

the next basses on my list to get are a fretless P bass, probably a custom and a lecompte t-40 style bass.

itl be a while though as i dont have immediate GAS for them and i want to revise my (small) pedal board and get a new head before i get another bass
