Almost certainly a custom one-off, and kind of a hack job at that. It's got a P bass body with both horns cut off, and a Jazz neck (no, on second look I was mistaken about the J neck) with some of the headstock cut down, and a Ric guitar pickguard/controls.
Lots of people did that sick "watermelon seed" chop job on their Fenders in the '70s.
