What Bass Would You Get?

id buy all the SXs with the current headstocks at rondo music then when the new headstocks come out and everybody hates them ill sell the others for double the price and then ill be rich and get an all original 64 fender jazz bass

Honestly? I'd have the Fender Custom Shop make an EXACT replica of Geddy's red Jazz...then see ifin I could get Geddy to sign it.

Then I'd take some lessons to do that bass justice.....

I'd probably get a Lakland Joe Osborne in sunburst/tort with a rosewood fingerboard and Lindy Fralin pickups, throw some Chromes on it and be happy dude. Pretty simple, but I don't have $4,500 hanging around

At this stage, I would like a sadowsky. 4 string, tobacoo burst, with a maple neck, and all the goodies that sadowsky's come with. but most of all, just to shake rogers hand for putting so much love into his instruments. figure all the famous basses have peoples names attached to them, why tarnish their stellar abilities with my humble attempts on the megaphone for their talent. <not withstanding my geddy >
