Had a cask conditioned Scottish beer with coco nibs and siracha. Pretty intense. I could have probably done without the siracha. Probably not good for my first cask conditioned beer. I'll have to try another that's a little more balanced.

That really sounds like too much. I mean I like sriracha but man, there's limits to the stuff one should put in a beerHowever, I'd like to try it and see what it is about, I'm pretty used to cask conditioned beers so it would be nice to have a go at it.
