What brands stay brightest the longest?

I can't speak to the longevity yet, but I just put a set of EXP's on my Toby Pro-5. I was hesitant about using coated strings because I had tried Elixirs on my acoustic guitar and I hated the plastic feel. But the way the EXP's are coated that don't have the plastickiness of Elixirs. They sound bright and growly and when I replace them it will likely be with another set. I like them.
