What Cabinet(s) to get??

If you have an Ampeg head, I'd stay with Ampeg cabs. Pretty much any of the Ampeg cabs will work just fine for you - just depends on what kind of sound you like. If you like booming lows, go for HLF cabs or 15's - if you want more focus and definition - go for the sealed cabs with 10's. The head will go down to 4 ohms, which is where you want to be to get the most from the amp - so you can run either (1) fridge sized cab or (2) 8 ohm stackable cabs. Whatever trips your trigger. I personally wouldn't mix 10's and 15's because they throw differently, and having all the same will be more consistent for projection. if you are looking for cheap - you can usually score good deals on Ebay or GC's used online list - but you don't have to buy new.

how much is the Traynor, and what is your price range?

i have the ampeg 410 hlf and love it. it's ported so it's naturally boomy so you can get more boom for your buck from your amp. no 15 in there but you won't miss it. be warned it's big but it does have 2 wheels for tilt back rolling. happy shopping

I'm finding the Traynor listed at around $600.00 at various places.

As far as price range, I'm not super concerned. I'm willing to hold out and save the money to get what I need, I just don't want to spend alot and find out I could've spent alot less for the same quality.
