what color should i paint my MTD635?

Im a fan of sherewood green, but a metalic cobalt blue would be interesting.

Seriously, if you want a painted guitar, find one without a beautiful top on it. I would LOVE to have that top on a bass of mine!!!!

I personally think "natural wood" is overrated.

I would go with the Cobalt Blue.

I'll second that. You may use a very thick finish though because I hear redwood is just too soft to hold up.

LOL. I say you should make that MTD unique: totally cover it with stickers, then clearcoat over top of that. Then, be sure to wrap your strap and peg with duct tape. Rockin' . . .

i'm partial to metalflakes, but blue with a white, mint, or white pearl pickguard would be very cool. i personally prefer something lighter than cobalt, like lake placid/superior blue, but in concept i agree wholeheartedly.

i also like orange, but that is not a very popular color.
