I have to say I've gotten used to the low stage volume.


And this right here is my conundrum; I just dont know where the future will lead me. I might need more, but I might never need more. Makes sense to wait and see.

I went to one audition (really hit it off, but they picked the other guy) and took my rumble. The BL/guitarist said, "see? That's all you need anymore. No one needs a monster rig these days." So I know there's bands out there that roll with a low stage volume. (Yes, they had a kit drummer too.)

True, but I doubt it was the rig. I think most likely:
a) i was already in another band,
b) i bombed the surprise tune, or
c) the other guy was just plain better!

I’d first consider putting a high pass filter (HPF

A HPF and a tilt-back stand will give your 100 what it needs to take care of the mud and boom

GK is definitely on my short list. They seem to get recommended just as much as the Rumbles around here! Looks like that MB210 is very similar to the Rumble 500. Not sure how I feel about the powered extension cab, I'd probably go head/cab with GK

I love the powered extension cab concept and the new version also allows an unpowered extension cab just like the Rumble but is more expensive.

You're not in a hurry.... keep an eye out and snap one of then up when you see a bargain. That's how I got my $1800 Schertler for only $600.
