My employer has mandated flu shots for everyone. If you don't have one by Monday don't come back to work until you have one!
Don't know where you are or what you do, but in Ontario, it was found to be unconstitutional to force nurses to get the flu shot as a condition of employment. It was also found to be against labour law to force the unvaccinated to wear masks in lieu (it was deemed coercive).

It would also seem to be the case in Boston.
