Just picked up a used LP of Full Moon's debut album for $6.99
This was the 1st CD I looked for when I got ONLINE in 1999; the Import CD cost me $30 back then.

I'm like you. Not long ago went to clear out a great second aunt (or something) of my wife's old farm house. She had bank ledgers. Two dollars and twenty-three cent loan using Molly the cow as collateral. Lots of entries like that. They were going to throw that stuff out! I had them framed....... And my collection is a gun safe full with a fifty year obsession of collecting old US coinage.
Regrets. Sometimes they come with scars...either on my body, my basses or my liver.

Presidential biographies. Books that are centered on people, rather than events, can offer a fascinating view on history.
Sports equipment in general. I seem to have a number of bicycles as well. 5 currently - 2 mountain bikes (full suspension and hardtail), 2 road bikes, a fixed gear bike and recently let go my unicycle. Skis (downhill and cross-country) are another thing...I've lost count of how many pairs are around now oh yeah, lacrosse sticks and golf clubs
whoa...my wife has a very nice Roseville pottery collection including one of the very first ones made, a rather primitive, tho nice, brown one.

I have a small collection of watches. Only 7 or so. None of them are too fancy or expensive, but I got most of them on Kickstarter so they're pretty unique.

I used to collect several types of vintage pottery including Hull, Bauer and Fiestaware. My first wife and I got fairly serious in to Fiesta back in the late 80's when we were still in college. We would go to auctions and buy several pieces at a time. We were always the youngest ones buying it at auctions. Back then you could still get it at reasonable prices! When we divorced we split our collection and I later sold my half for a good profit as prices had gone up considerably by then. At the moment I just have a couple of pieces of Hull and one really cool Bauer pitcher with a wooden handle that I have hung on to all these years.
We are restoring an outbuilding to house our collections of art books, quack medical devices, bones and feathers, law enforcement memorabilia, judges gavels, rock posters, arrowheads, machine parts, antique tools, interesting stones and fossils, vintage nudie books, maps and globes, playing cards, kaleidoscopes, bottles, hardcore punk records, and outsider art. I also plan to start collecting whole barn and cabin structures and create a roadside museum.
State quarters, up until recently (2008) when my state's quarter was finally released. Now I have nothing left to do.
Haha. I'm probably the world's worst tequila collector. I buy a lot of tequila, and I drink a lot of tequila, but I never have any around long enough to refer to it properly as "collecting."
