Do you routinely take off your pants before playing bass?

Honestly. it would be easier to summarize the times I am wearing pants than to catalog the times I am not. Playing bass is only occasionally among them.

Do you routinely take off your pants before playing bass?

Ensures no buckle-rash on the bass.

Not recommended on stage.

No clothes at all in the summer time means you may stick to the bass.

Avoid playing nitro finished basses naked during hot and humid summer weather.

But, that bass is smoking!
