Inspired by Grove guitars, but custom built by me.

That bass is a thing of beauty! Love the old school P basses....I'm drooling over the Grove website right now!

Not the only one out there...but the only one I've found on this forum. I've had a few guys tell me they used to own one, but my CIJ Fender Jazz Unlined Fretless has been upgraded to Bartolini split coils and an Audere preamp....I just had the fretboard leveled and radiused as well by an AMAZING luthier (he builds guitars and basses for ZZ Top, Steve Miller and a bunch of others)...and then I just had to go and put a Tort guard on it. I'm never letting go of this one!

Not that anyone (but me, apparently) really *wants* them, but I have a Gibson Thunder Series V... they only made a handful in 1987. I've only ever seen two on TalkBass, and maybe five or six more on ebay.

The first and so far only custom warwick 30" scale thumb BO4 to include all the new custom shop features. The other few thumb short scales were all made years ago and all have the old specs, mine's the only one out there so far!

(new preamp with rechargeable battery and matching wooden tuners/truss cover/electronic compartment cover, new fret installation, glowing side dots etc)

But I mostly play my Cort Artisan, one of my two Fender P-basses, or my new-to-me Breedlove acoustic/electric. And my Peavey T40, I take that out at times.

I got a Fender bowling ball strat from when the reissued them a few years ago. There are another 149 out in the wild somewhere though. I know L&M got seven, I was first and two others were spoken for. Mind you, no two are exactly alike. I will have to take a picture when I get home, I know the drill.

I have an '89 or so EBMM Stingray in Hot Rod red. Never seen that exact color before, or since I bought it. It has a Birds Eye Maple neck, Matte White pickguard. I bought it at GC in Dec of '89.
I'd post a pic, but I don't know how. (I'm lots of things, tech savvy isn't one of them.)
However, I did Email a pic to Liverbird last Fall.
