Heya TB
I want to perfect the art of burgers. I got the process of preparing and cooking the patties down, or so I think. Good 80/20 ground beef, liberally seasoned with salt, onion, garlic, pepper, and lots of flour. I then pan sear the thing. Not healthy at all, but turns out great.
I haven't experimented with egg in the patty, but they don't fall apart on me, so I don't really have a need to, yet.
Now, the question is, what do you like on your burger?
What kinda bun? I love a good toasty roll on a pan.
Toppings? Lettuce, thin slice of tomato and onion, and depending on the situation, guacamole is very good to me.
Now, the important part for me... what sauce? Variations of the thousand island sauce are very good, but I enjoy honey barbeque too. Plain ketchup is a no-go for me.
Anything else? Any tips from the burger veterans?
EDIT: Forgot cheese.
