Hot sauce and cheeze. here my personal recipe... tailor to your own preferences..

Douse a sleeve of saltines in (louisiana, texas pete's etc...) hot sauce, and throw them in a ziploc bag overnite... they soak up the sauce.

Quarter a few plain american slices.
stack neatly in two stacks and shuffle...
cheeze on top of cracker,awesome snack... spicy but not overpowering...
If its not spicy enough, make cracker sandwiches out of it. (cracker/cheeze/cracker) laminate

Seriously- try it sometime. It's the same sweet/salty principle that makes peanut butter and jelly sandwiches taste the way they do.
