Good point. This guy sometimes gives his take on the song. He might dumb it down a little so maybe it's not the actual line but easier to play. I suppose that's either good or bad depending on the student.
To me, I found his lesson on Brown Eyed Girl helpful.
To add one more to your growing list, I'd say Rich Brown is a worthy candidate. He has a relaxed delivery that you seem to enjoy. I will say that if you try to get stuff from a bunch of different people at one time, you're probably not going to get much out of any of it. I'd pick like two people at most (at a time) really focus on their content for a long enough time to get it into your hands.
But to me, Rich is currently delivering things I think you should be working on. This is his latest video, but if you want to get into it, I'd start at the beginning of the series. I can't believe he's giving this stuff away.
BTW, I Like Janek for his content and the fact that he never tries to BS you.

He said up front that the lesson was geared for beginning students. Asking a beginner to chart a Duck Dunn line is a stretch of the imagination. Besides that, the only thing that makes that line, "Duck Dunn" are his fills. The line is underpinned with that basic bassline demonstrated by the video guy. Having said that, there's absolutely nothing wrong with copying the masters of the game once you have the facility.

Hey man, yeah I am following Rich Brown actually - he definitely should've been on that list. He is a great teacher and I like how his videos have some logic to their release.. ie, it's kind of a series, all following on from eachother. I was actually working through this one earlier. His series on time and working with metronomes is absolutely brilliant
The Youtube "content creator" genre makes me violently ill. It's so damn ubiquitous now. The only person I like who does this kind of thing is Jens Larsen, because he presents excellent, immediately useful information, with almost none of the snake oil salesman crap that goes along with "ConTeNt cReAtoR"
I prefer women to wear less makeup than a circus clown, but at least she didn't pick her eyebrows till there was nothing left and painted a thin crooked line in their place, which would have made her eyebrows even less tolerable than the hairy slugs that apparently lives above the guy in the OP video's eyes.
Overall I am just generally getting really really tired of smarmy people's YouTube videos, regardless of weather that's what sells to the big majority herd of sheep or not.

I had never seen him before, so I watched a few clips. His videos are okay, but his pacing is very slow, but that might fit his target audience perfectly.
It's only sexialized if you choose to see it that way. I see a girl playing a bass. One that actually bothered to comb her hair and wear clothes that women wear. If you want to think only ugly, badly dressed chicks have legitimacy then that's your personal choice. Doesn't make it some kind of truth.
If it were a well dressed, well groomed man, is he sexualizing it?

But in answer to your question...well, there are circumstances. Men, who by and far outnumber women bass players, enjoy eye candy. Men towards other men and women watching a "well groomed man" doesn't exactly generate views in the same quantity. But a woman in a mini skirt, purposely flaunting massive boobs, showing leg, with heavy make-up does. She (and likely you) know exactly what she is doing. She could easily be "well groomed" in normal clothing and makeup, but she chose not to. And how you got to thinking only "ugly" chicks are legitimate (again, missing the PC boat), I have no idea. Lets just call it what it is.

That Anna Sentina person knows exactly what she's doing. She knows how to dress and pose her body in a way that makes guys click on the thumbnail, then watch the video. Look at the comment sections in her videos. Her audience is NOT musicians. Her audience, the one that she targets, is simps. That's all. That's a business model today, apparently. Fine.
She checks all the cOnTenT cReaTor boxes: do a video in nature; do one on an urban rooftop. Studio! Green screen! Duet! I think it's gross. It's the American Idol-ing of all things music.
And with all that said, it's clear that she is a talented multi instrumentalist, and is likely a pro outside of her clickbait channel, based on her About section. So she gets respect and kudos from this random pro in the trenches posting about BS on the internet, for both being good and for finding an audience to exploit for ad revenue.
