I thought about that. Can they transfer from a university in Tennessee to a city library in California? I thought they still had be be in the same "network".

High quality, makes black and white smooth bitmap PDF, easy to see on a tablet and smaller file size

Talk to your local library's reference librarian and they should be able to track down a copy, using WorldCat or another resource. It may or may not be the actual copy you already found, but mention it to them. Shipping books costs money so they do try to get the nearest one they can or one from an institution they have a relationship with.

Wow, did the guy self-publish it? WorldCat is only turning up two copies - Multnomah County Library in Oregon and Georgetown University.

That's what I checked when I found it in Tennessee. Looks like it moved from there to Georgia.

You must have bought yours on eBay a while back - some guy was selling them for either $49 or $50 (I forget which). He must have had a wheelbarrow full of them, because every morning he'd put just ONE up on auction, and the previous day's book was always marked sold.

I was one of the ones that got theirs on Ebay Jan 2016. $49.95 and $6 to ship it.
