Just a heads up: usually a 125b boxed pedal with all top jacks takes up about as much space as a 1590a - opens up lots of possibilities.
Dunno what your board 'needs' without knowing what kind of music you play and the sounds you're after.
Haha yeah I guess that would help. For the band I'm in it's classic rock covers and some 90s rock. For home and fun stuff I like hippie jam bands.
Looks like you've got all the basics covered. You could probably start looking at things like an octave up/down pedal (which would work well with your filter and distortion to get synthy sounds), or maybe a reverb or delay if you want to get spacey.
Pitch shifting is one of my go-to effects. A good analog octave down is a must for me (a Boss OC2 or similar clone) and gets used a ton no matter what style I'm playing.
I love a digital octave up for noodling and faking guitar lines.
For at home jamming BS playing for mine and my cats entertainment, nothing beats a cheap multi-FX like the Zoom MS series. Delays, reverb, chorus, weird stuff that I don't need the better sound and added clutter of individual pedals for.

I would throw a Zoom MS 60-B on there for all the "other" stuff you might need. That or maybe a different flavor of dirt.
BTW how is that Line 6 wireless working out? Seriously thinking of getting one. I miss being wireless after selling off my rack stuff.

I am not a fan of digital multi effects. Just not my bag at all.
The Line 6 G10 is perfect. Flawless operation and I have used it every gig for about a year. It's irreplaceable. Get one. Seriously.
I was just actually looking at the EarthQUAKER Tentacle. Its an octave up and it would fit on my board. Pretty cool sounds with a pick and distortion.
I do have the basics covered and I am happy with what I have but my OCD needs to fill that space. Octave up actually interests me more than down.
A Boss PS-3 Would give you pitch shifting and delay, which you could adjust to basically be a reverb.

If it were my board, and playing stuff like you are, I'd be tempted with a mid gain drive pedal, or another gain stage.
I'm using either a darkglass vmt or joyo orange juice at the moment for the classic rock band.
Other than that, chorus ( as already suggested). I'm using the black label chorus- which is the same as the mxr analog chorus with a different paint job

- Hotone Eko - tiny but lovely sounding delay
- Hotone Phaze - equally tiny but sweet phase shifter
- Broughton Audio HPF - quality high pass filter in a little box that's one of the more useful pedals a bass player can own

I guess it depends on how you use the MXR DI for in terms of dirt. If you use it as a dist, get an OD. If you use it as an OD, get a dist or fuzz for your board. I can't recommend the new EHX green Russian muff that just came out enough for a board like yours. It's small and very effective. I just got one last week and I can't stop playing it. Cheap too.
That's a fine set up you have already. That MXR comp is really great. I've always been judgmental on pedal comps because so many of them don't include all of the features I feel are necessary to dial in good compression (ratio, threshold, gain reduction metering, etc) but that MXR really delivers in that department. Might want to consider a Boss LS-2 so you can blend clean and effect signals. I run a two channel wet/dry set up for my effects, and it's really nice not being limited to just bass effects. I use a Proco Rat for my big distortion, and it sounds great with the lows preserved on the "dry" side.
