What Epiphone is this?

Hi, new to the forum and I just came across this bass.
I searched around but can't find any real info on it.
I hoped a few of the resident bass experts could help me out.

The inside sicker says.

Style: (blank)
Epiphone: 5120
No: 34353
Kalamazoo, Michigan

The neck says its Japanese made.

Here are a few pics:

It is actually much darker red than the pics show. The flash kinda tricks you.

I was trying the find the actual model and age of this bass.
Also, how much would it be worth?

Thank you for any help you can give.

So, would you consider $350-400 a decent price on this bass?

Maybe, it's missing the rosewood insert in the tailpiece, pickguard, mute, and bridge cover.

If there are no cracks in the cutaways by the neck pocket it might be worth it, if there are cracks pass.

Edit: just looked at pics again...I think I saw the cracks.

i have a epiphone with a blue sticker inside style - blank, epiphone 5120, no. 63984, kalamazoo.it is complete and in excellent original condition, just a couple of chips. the neck plate has, steel adjustable neck 0097033 (does not say made in japan like others on this site)according to gibson its a 1963, so how come according to members of this forum, its a japaneese guitar, weren't they made before the 1970 switch to japan ?
