For pure feel I prefer TI flats... On my main axe I got medium La Bellas though, that switch was tough I tell you... I like the sound better but I kind of miss how easy the TIs were on my hands.
On my 4 strings it's 45-65-85-105. On my 5 string I use the same but with a 130 for the B. I like the tighter tension because I play fingerstyle and I also use a pick. I've tried lighter strings but with a pick I get too much clank. I'm pretty much a hack when it comes to the slap style (alright...I suck at it!) but I keep trying.
My only gig is playing at church about once every three weeks.
