To vastly oversimplify, usually more speakers. That's because every doubling of driver count doubles the efficiency of the speaker system, to a maximum of roughly 25%. Since a single driver runs on average with 1.5% efficiency that's a lot of drivers.just a question because i overheard 2 people arguing today but what makes a bass louder, more speakers or more wattage???
