What inspired your custom inlay ?

not me. Custom inlays are cool but I find them cheesy after a while. I used to get excited with Kirk Hammet's skull and crossbones, but now I'm like *** is that?

I wanted something personal, and geo has been my computer ID for over twenty years now, from an IBM time-sharing system down to my current work account on a network. Geo has become my nickname. The font (or hand) is uncial.
Fine by me!
The eight arrows of chaos. As far as I know it originates from author Michael Moorcock and his multiverse (which authors like Stephen King have borrowed from). When I was younger I was definitely an agent of chaos hehe. I just like the symbol, but I don't buy into any occult crap.

I wanted to make my bass personal, as it were. I have of kind of swirly illegible signature anyway, so a copy of it will be at the 12th fret.

All I have is a solid block of the same maple from the top on the 12th fret of my Benavente. It was inspired by my Roscoe. The Benavente's specs were very loosely based on the Roscoe, so it is kind of my homage to 12th fret inlay of the bass that not only got me into the fancier stuff, but will remain my workhorse as long as I can play.
I don't have anything Custom, but I know what it would be if I did (what it will be when I do
). A Shrivasta inlay, which is more or less a circle, or a knot of a single line, turning often, but never breaking, always connected. Just a continous loop until it forms balance in symmetry. Kind of ment to symbolize the inter-connectiveness over everything in life. Just like this one on a custom Alembic:

Nothing but blocks....
I fell in love with "Silver Vine" but it doesn't grow nearly big enough to use as a top. I also LOVE 70s Jazz basses with block inlays but HATE when builders us 4 string sized blocks on ERBs
so I had Silver Vine full sized blocks done
