What is an iconic guitar solo that should be played note for note?

...I love hearing well executed nfn covers, such those done by Leonid and Friends (who have a very high level of skill).....
That's a big "meh" for me. I've already heard the famous recording. It's kind of like a party trick to just reproduce it.

Even in classical music, the conductor who just parrots the famous recording is considered a level down from the one that has his own interpretation - and the range of interpretation is a lot narrower in that form.
