What is Fender thinking???

Why does it matter if the op points it out, or the first poster replies and points it out? And had the op wrote “ I think I see an image of a fetus on this guitar headstock”, there wouldn’t even be a first reply because no one would care. I certainly wouldn’t care because I don’t play guitar anymore.

There something wrong with the concept of a Leica not having the red dot... but the guitar does.
There may be a red index dot on the lens. As the theme of this M10 is Black & White, I see no issue with not having a large red dot on the body.

There have many special edition Leicas over the decades with many special features, so, no red dot is not a big deal, really.

There have been many regular Leicas over the decades without the red dot logo, more so without than with. But the irony is the iconic red Leica 'dot' does not appear on the camera, but we have the suggestion of one on the guitar.

The answer to the first part of the question is the only thing fender is ever thinking- CA$H. An overpriced signature guitar that is priced out of reach of all but the most well-to-do fans. As for the cocaine headstock? That is really a reach to see that.

If you buy this guitar, you can't pay for coke, so you can always drown yourself.... that's the submissive message I get....

I've heard Gibson is going to produce a Keith Richards sig. version.: a white Les Paul with a small black spot on the head-stock.
