What is the best coco % for metal!?

I want to start a deathpoprapgrungmetal band with prog and indie influences. What kind of chocolate should I get.
We also want to include some post-jazzmetal influence if that maters.

Depends on how dark you want to be. If you're shooting for pop-metal, nothing more than Hershey's Special Dark (45%).

However, if you're shooting for Scandinavian Death Metal, I'd go somewhere between 95% to just eating pure roasted cocoa beans.
