What is this Palmer Bass?

I just saw this 5 string Palmer bass, it looks like a magnum but it has 5 controllers, and it's not shown in the Palmer website. The headstock just says ''Palmer Guitar Co. Est. 1925''. Looks kinda sick tho, but not sure for $350.

The Palmer catalog states that the Eclipse model bass can be ordered with active electronics, which would explain the added EQ controls. I can't really tell what the difference between the Standard and DLX features are, possibly a nicer looking top and binding?

I think the asking price is high, even for new.
