I went to Fender US website and then went to the bass link and then shop basses and then to the Precision bass link and it automatically jumped to Fender Japan website to shop.
Can't a corporate company like Fender have there site working properly!!!!

The Fender site automatically redirects you to the country relative to your IP, and even with a VPN it doesn't always work (depends on your VPN). That said, there's an option at the bottom of each page to change the region and it works well.

The weird thing is I'm starting off on the US Fender website, I'm located in Colorado and I've never had this problem before, so I need to change something on the Fender website?

I don't know. Have you seen how to change the region at the bottom of the page, and is it the right one? Otherwise, it is sometimes enough to restart something, whether your browser, your box or your computer.

I looked at the USA Fender site and I'm not seeing anything I can change, when it goes to the Japan site I try to change everything to english but it still stays on the Japanese site, I'm really not sure what to do other than calling Fender and that might not be the answer either.

Before that, try typing this address in your browser: Invalid Link Removed

seriously I don't understand why it would do that.

I clicked both links and it kicked me to Fender UK,no surprise since I'm in Scotland. Got the US site no problem after changing region at the bottom of the page, just below the Fender logo and copyright info.

What does it say at the bottom of the page? If it doesn’t say “United States” click on the country. It will take you to a list. Select United States.
