What is your current Sadowsky GAS ?

No GAS for me.
I just got my new Sadowsky back from my luthier. And it is very much improved. I had the high frets filed and dressed (just a couple were high, the majority were done well), Had the nut corrected at the G string (it was too tight causing the string to ride on top of the nut) and had a Leo Quan BA II installed. ( The biggest improvement) It never ceases to amaze my how much they add to the feel and tone!
What a difference! This thing is really, Really nice now. I'm quite satisfied!

Do you have pics of your bass with the badass?

This is my mayor Sadowsky gas and its been going for a while,
They never pop up in the used market and I am not patient enough to wait for 8 months,:(

Hey, it seems we've all got a thing for Sonic Blue and Seafoam Green at the moment........... :)

I'm well excited at the thought of my incoming MV4 in Sonic Blue with aged white pearl pickguard (if they'll let me have that option for less than the initially quoted $150!!!), D-tuner and Single coil pups. Was ordered in December so shouldn't be long now!

I agree with Mr Hart.

But I wouldn't turn down these (except I would, I'm a lefty):

Love that Spalted maple top. Similar to the one below I am gassing for so bad:

#4311 - Sadowsky NYC Standard 5 - I bought Jazz this two years ago, sold it, and recently bought it back. I love it.

* Quilted/Spalted Maple over Ash
* Ebony Fingerboard (no dots)

My current GAS is for a P/J 4 string in Olympic White (sorry, Fran), maple board, and white pickguard. But with both my sons in college next year, I'll have to be satisfied with my trusty UV70MW.

:spit: Oly White is the right color for a fridge or a washing machine :rollno:...anyway! I'll forgive you if at least you use a tort guard.

Regarding sons, mine are only 5, 4 and 2, but since yours are going to college soon they can already think about buying a bass EACH to his father once they get a real job. :p
