Football has been very very good to me. My wife said if the games looked like what we put together, she'd watch every one. I miss John F. too, but we don't write like that anymore, either. "A 2 1/2 hour carnival of color, sound and ACTION!" "The Autumn wind is a Pirate." The classic Sam Spence music helps, too. Have you seen the Emmy award winning "Football America" series?

Yeah, I understand about the writing. It's unfortunate, I liked hearing that booming voice waxing poetic about the game--and yes, the music definitely contributed!

I haven't seen the series--looks interesting, I'll have to check it out.

I work in the meat shop at Kroger. I cut a lot of steaks and grind up hamburger beef. It's a hell of a lot better than when I started up front and all that. I just can't wait to get through school and get a decent job though.
