I work for an Association Management Company. We manage local and national not for profit trade associations. For instance, NAMM is a trade association, people pay dues to be a member. Though NAMM has their own employees, the associations we manage use our staff to handle the daily operations of the association to include membership, event planning, finances and coordinating Board of Director and Committee Meetings. I am the IT Manager and soon to be part owner.

I also contribute to Gard's salary.
