And hit up the thread about sig basses. Its makes you think about what people think when you make it big and your Custom Shop '52 P-bass is now in a musicians friend catalog.

...But really, if some one could come up with an actuall design for my Jender, that would be awesome.

I think East Wood makes a bass that looks exactly like that, but for a lot less.

A 5 string version of Phil Lesh's Alembic known as Big Brown. But one that doesn't weigh 40 pounds. Otherwise, a Modulus Q5.

Over the years i have owned what i would call some dream bass guitars, fender jazz (usa) rickenbacker, pedulla,etc. I now own several epiphones that i really like. I dream of owning an alembic or a gibson les paul.

Yea they do but counterfeits are undesirable. Only exception is Matsumoku's Fender ripoffs. And ESP.

Not exactly sure but could narrow it down to a few. Peavey Cirrus neck thru US made with gold hardware and the red color quilted finish. Warwick Double Buck neck thru, saw a dark colored oil finished one I liked at GC, might be swamp ash? I have my Fender Jazz already so maybe a Gibson Thunderbird. Any of those would work but can't deicide if I had to pick just one.
