What is your dream bass?

An Ocean Turquoise P-Bass. Parchment pickguard. Dark, dark rosewood fretboard. Vintage size frets and radius with clay dots. Custom shop '62 pups. Res-o-lite vintage reverse tuners in nickel with a nickel bridge and other hardware. Finished in nitro.
Man, what a beauty she would be!

I would really like a Cliff Bordwell like this, but probably a 5 string with black hardware.

What time is it?

Actually I built my dream bass a month ago, vintage white P bass with a J maple neck, lollypop tuners, SD Quarter Pound PUPs, white pickguard, chrome hubcaps, thumb rest on the bass side.

I think fender made one like it around 1976 but with the 2X4 P neck.

My GAS is settled for now....

I already have a Sadowsky 5 string jazzbass in Transwhite with white pickguard, and a maple fretboard, and it plays like a dream. Therefore I know the feel, and sound - perfect for me. All I want are different colors of the same bass :)

Mine would be a custom ESP 5 string Explorer with these specs:

35'' scale
mahogany body and neck with a rosewood fretboard
full 2 octave range
two soapbar emgs with individual vol. and tone knobs with 3 way toggle
kahler wammy bridge
stainless steel frets
iron cross inlays
thin contour neck
both body and neck would be black
tuned to drop A: a e a d g
with custom gauges: 130 86 65 47 33
