Even though I almost never have a chance to use it to its full potential in my current band, I'm in love with my Malekko B:ASSMASTER at the moment. It's so raunchy and fuzzy and nasty I just smile every time I rock out with it.

Tuner. Because it is the only pedal I feel is a must have for live performance.
I like envelope filters, fun on their own, and a crucial part of a synth chain of fx. Currently I have a source audio BEF, subdecay Prometheus, DOD FX 25B, 3Leaf GR. and a Guyatone Ultron. All different and wonderful

What a boring answer. Unfortunately, you're entirely right. It really is the only pedal you can't do without.
Boring, and snarky and irritating. Might as well say "I don't use effects" in this thread. Tuners are EVERYWHERE now... in your phone, on your headstock, in your amp, your kitchen cabinet, under your car. A tuner is ABSOLUTELY a pedal you can do without, and lots of us do.
I'd have to say, Myco Three. Best, fattest overdrive I've tried! None come close.
RC Booster by Xotic
I bet my Swell B-Drive comes somewhat close
Its my favorite pedal, love having the two gain levels available
