Hey, that was an odd choice. Didn't think I would see that name around here anyway at all. Yes for Toy Matinée, but definitely not Third...it's good but entirely different.

Third Matinee was different. Using the "Matinee" moniker made it sound like it was a follow-up to Toy, which might have detracted from the great album that it was. It was more of a Richard Page / Pat Leonard solo project. The album came out during one of the most difficult periods in my life. Hearing Page was like an old friend letting me know that everything was going to be OK.

PS. I use this album to warm up with when I'm gonna go sing.
