I've used an electronic tuner for years, but I'm moving to a tuning fork. Seems most people are using an A, but some use 110 or 220 or 440. What do you use, and why?

If you have a tuning fork with a little ball on the end, you can hold it with your teeth while you tune with your hands. The sound travels through your skull and you can hear the A very well.
A fork is fine if everyone you play with tunes to 440. Over on this side, that's not the case!
