You left me with only one option as someone who is NOT a fan of tort! The black on black with the maple neck reminds me of Roger Waters' bass.
I personally prefer the blackout and dark tort. But all three are fine. We're not talking about lime green sparkle here.
Same. But, the black blocked maple and black pg also looks great to me… thus the pole.
Ita win win. Lol. You don't like the tort. No problem. You have a Roger Waters bass. Lol
#1 was my gut initial pick, but #3 takes it home, at least on this screen.
All three are good, really. The only aesthetic I'd mention is that if your going maple fingerboard that too needs to show wear to to avoid "bright shiny maple neck on an obviously relic body" syndrome.
I love black n blocks with maple, and I think tort is highly overrated, so the first option.
In fact, my dislike of tort is so great that if I were gifted a bass with a tort guard, I'd replace it straight away, even on a vintage bass.

Black on black with a simple maple dot neck. Then sling it real low and rock the heck out of it!
Black on black with maple is my usual favourite, but the binding and blocks do *not* do it for me. Nice dark rosewood with brown tort and *any* colour body is always a winner though.
Option 1, maple neck with black blocks and binding. But with a twist - I prefer a white pickguard because it is an accent color against the black body and it kind of matches the lighter maple.
black and maple is the t-shirt and jeans of the instrument world. always works, never out of style.
#3, initially caught my eye right away, and this is from someone who really doesn't care for tort! Black and maple I though would be my first choice, #3 for the win.
Based on this vote split, there's good news: it seems like you can't go wrong with ANY of your three choices! 
I make my own pickguards. I've gotten several sheets of red tort over the years from various sources.
