What overdrive pedal

Hi all

Got a couple of songs on our set list where I need to play with overdrive - one of these songs is Club Foot by Kasabian. Any idea what overdrive pedal Chris Edwards uses?

I've actually been looking at the EH Bass Big Muff.. Can pick them up cheap enough second hand. Maybe I'll go for one of those then!

Yup. I concur w Edwards' idea--you'll more likely get a unique sound by combining pedals whereas using a BDDI or whatever, gearheads (TB'rs) will quickly figure out what you're using. Maybe that's why it's hard to nail down his sound but clearly his bass tone is drowning in effects esp. in Clubfoot. I think he uses a compressor too but it could be done by the studio.
