What spider is this?

Wow, you're just on a "witty observation" Roll, today, aren't you! :D

All day, every day is like this in my head...I just keep it to a minimum to the outside world to be less annoying than I really am.

Imagine sitting in the cubicle next to me at work.

Luckily the guy next to me is on the same wavelength (pity the rest of my coworkers).

Ok, I'm seriously freaked out right now (keep looking at my feet, I'm sure there's something crawling over them). I have a serious spider phobia, so I don't know why I even looked at this thread.

When I lived in Scotland 2 years ago, we had one of those HUGE spiders come in the house about once a month. I have been know to invite strangers off the street to come into my house to destroy them. They also run extremely fast, especially when you ignite the gas fire that they happen to be sitting on (hehehe, it jumped into the air first - I watched from a very safe distance).

I haven't seen one that big in New Zealand yet, but I'm told there is a big harmless spider here called the Avondale Spider - hope I never ever ever meet one. :hiding:
