What to Put on my *Pedaltrain Mini*???

This thread makes me want a Pedaltrain Mini!!!

With this, my pedals (Boss Tuner, OC3, Bass Chorus, Bass Distortion) and a Nano Bassballs (powered by a one spot!) I can conquer.....THE WORRRRLLLLLLLLDDD!

5stringwonder got it right...LoopMaster mini looper for going clean without having the signal route through the chain.

Updated picture of my mini with a PL. I think Santa is bringing me a Small Stone Nano so I think El Grande may be moving off the board.

If you want to place five pedals on the board at least one if not two should be "nano" sized. Five Boss sized stomp boxes is a very tight fit. For example, I'm going to use a Loop-Master Mini Looper (about 1 1/2 inches wide). It's ordered, just waiting for it to arrive.......SIGH.

Also, I'm keeping my tuner off the board and using the tuner out on my amp for tuning. Gives me a little more space and I can grab/go with my tuner if I don't need the board. Also, tuners run a long time on a 9v battery, so, I don't miss having the hard wired power.

I just finished my PT Mini build and I love the board, just what I needed. Here's a pic.

Very nice! I'm looking into the mini as well. What are you using to power the board? Did you mount a brick underneath? Is there room for something like a Dunlop DC Brick?

Looks like you replied with the older picture. The green pedal is a Polish Love / Helter Skelter overdrive pedal and I do like it with my bass and other effects. It's a custom built pedal which is why there is no markings on it.

The larger pedal is a VT bass pedal which provides me with an Ampeg B-15 like warmness to my solid state combo amp. I then use the Polish Love pedal to add dirt without having to change the settings on the VT.

FYI, other pedals are Boss Auto Wah (white), MXR El Grande fuzz (silver) and Boss CEB-3 Chorus pedal (blue). These are what they say.

By the way....welcome to the forum, you are entering into a potentially expensive adventure.

Nothing that complex......A OneSpot with the included daisychain power cable. More than enough juice to "Light It Up" with a few excaptions, like 18V pedals.

However Godlyke makes a converter tip called the Power-Pump that allows you to up-convert one plug on a daisychain to 18V. I'm a little leary to use it though on a power supply where the plugs on the chain are not isolated. Though, since I don't own any 18V pedals right now, I guess it's not an issue.

I built a board similar to the PT-Mini before it came out, on it i've got: MXR M-80, BBE Sonic Stomp, PWaves Tuner, and sometimes a DOD FX25. I'm thinking of looking at getting an MXR Blue Box, looks like it could be a lot of fun. Anyone have any thoughts on it?

I used to stomp on a Dunlop Bass Wah, Boss OD, and Digitech Delay back in the day. I haven’t used any pedals in a while and had been thinking about getting a few when I stumbled on this thread. The Mini is exactly what I needed.

My wife is getting me a Pedaltrain Mini and One Spot for Christmas. (I luv herrrr!) One of the online guys had a $25 rebate.

Korg Pitchblack > EBS BassIQ > EBS Multicomp > Boss CEB-3 Chorus >EHX XO BMS (don’t have this one yet – will have to use the power supply;-()

I’ll play around a bit on the order, but the first three are probably set.

Sounds like a nice board!

Curious about your CEB3....I have one also but am considering an EBS UniChorus. Have you compared the two and, if you have, what did you think?

Well, I finally decided to trade my Boss GT-10B in for this setup...

Bass > BBE Opto Stomp > VT Bass > Zoom B2.1u > Rig

Powered by a 5-plug 1Spot on the Pedaltrain Mini.

I figure I'll just use the Zoom strictly for modulation, delay, verb, etc... just no compression, EQ or models.

I'm wondering how long this will last. ;)

I'm contemplating getting one of these for christmas - do you think I could fit all these on there?
EBS Multicomp, Tonefactor red 442, Korg DT-10, and a Barber LTD SR (planned)? I also want to add a Stereo Electric Mistress again. I'm thinking I'll have a PT-mini and my wah off to the side, but I could also go back to a PT-Jr. I'd prefer to get my DC brick on there as well, but I can dig out my one-spot if necessary.
