What to Put on my *Pedaltrain Mini*???

The reason I'm thinking autowah is I do use my wah on some cover tunes like the intro to "For Whom the Bell Tolls" and the verses for "Into the Void", so I'm thinking I could get by with something like an EBS BassIQ.

Thanks for the tip, I'm adding it to the enhancement list! I ordered my mini looper from Loop-Master and found them to be very professional and helpful. Is that where you got your Master Looper? What are the demensions?

I got the Loop Master single loop with seperate tuner out and led's so I know what is on/off.

DIMENSIONS: 4.3" X 2.3" X 1.2" (MXR-Sized)

Well, Santa came, visited the family and left me a Compulator and a Nano Small Stone. Consequently, it was time to update the mini.

GREAT looking mini! May you rock hard in '09 with it!

One suggestion that was given to me that you may want to consider was alternating the pedals up and down. It may give you a little more room between your cable ends. For an example see pics of my board just above.

Those last two look great. Mine did indeed come in time for Christmas, but I've been recovering from a rather odd and long illness that involves some vision issues, so it is still untouched. :crying:

I think I'm going to get a VT Bass and EH Micro POG, mess about with them, then decide what ends up on the mini and what ends up on the JR. I'll be sure to post once done.

The tone hammer should fit depending on what else you place on your mini. I just did a quick search and I can't find the exact demensions so you'd have to contact Aquilar to get them.

The challenge is with the power supply. The Tone Hammer is an 18v box which leaves you with three options:
  1. Run off of batteries
  2. Get a seperate 18v wall wart to power it
  3. Get something like a Godlyke Powerpump which upconverts 9v to 18v
I thought about using one but decided it might be a little redundant with my VT so I opted to "pass" and go for flexibility in tone.

The Mini is 20 inches long so you'd have to measure the width of the pedals and calculate about 1/2 inch per pedal for cable connectors. If you under 20 inches your "golden."

The two Boss pedals and vt would be no problem and you will still have room. I've had five pedals on my Mini including two Boss pedals and a VT. I'm not familiar with the Sadowsy preamp, however, I suspect your pedals all could fit on a Mini.

Be sure....measure it out!

sweet!

do these things just take power supply and daisy chains like the same as you would power pedals without the board?
if its the same, wat are some benefits?

eg. the boss board comes with its own daisy chain and power supply built in. but these would be the same as a pedal board without the board?

hope its not confusing to understand!
