I saw G'n'R a few times back in the day. I remember the show with Skid Row in Tacoma in 1991. It was always an adventure with that joker on the stage. In view of this thread, I decided to download a couple bootlegs and watch some old concert video on YouTube. I sure miss those days when G'n'R was on top of the world.

Pretty minor when you compare it to some of the other incidents. Steven Adler was on a local radio station a few years ago and they asked him about that show, he pretty much said Axl was being an ass.

I'm not surprised that Izzy left after cleaning up his addiction problems. You have to give the guy some credit. He left before the mess and spared himself the trouble of cleaning up the band.

First concert - Thomas Dolby "The Flat Earth" tour, with Modern English opening. I think I was 12... I won tickets by calling in to the radio station.
Last club concert - Mike Watt
Last arena concert - Rush Time Machine tour...
Next concert. Looking forward to M83 in November...
